We have four new therapy rooms available to rent on an hourly basis, three in Herne Hill and one in Brixton.

Herne Hill Space

We have opened a new space in the heart of Herne Hill, exclusively dedicated to therapy. Herne Hill Space is has three dedicated spaces for talking and physical therapy.

Effra Space

Effra Space 3 is now open, and is suitable for one-to-one and couple talking therapy and is available to rent at £10/hour. Effra Space 2 (formerly the studio) is available for group therapy, as well as one-to-one and couple talking therapy.

Pricing for both locations

Pricing for long-term hire of our therapy rooms is as follows:

• Rental of a weekly 1-hour slot: £43.33/month (£10/hour)

• Rental of a weekly 2-hour slot: £86.67/month (£10/hour)

• Rental of a weekly 3-hour slot: £130/month (£10/hour)

• Rental of a weekly 4-hour slot: £173.33/month (£10/hour)

• etc

Ad-hoc room hire:

• Ad-hoc room hire for therapists is charged at £10/hour

• Ad-hoc room hire is only available up to 14 days in advance.

• Ad-hoc room hire is non-refundable, and has to be paid for by credit card when booking.

Terms for weekly hire:

• You will be invoiced on the 1st of each month for that month’s rent.

• Rent is payable within 14 days by bank transfer.

• Your booking will be open ended, on a rolling contract.

• You can give us 1 month notice to terminate.

• The above rates give you access to the room for your agreed time slot 52 weeks a year, including bank holidays.

• There is no refund for unused bookings.

• You are not permitted to sublet the room.

• You will need to provide us with proof of insurance and qualifications.

• We have no reception staff. You will be responsible for seeing your clients in and out.

• Rental prices will be reviewed on a yearly basis.
