Yoga for Sports & Cyclists

Our Yoga for Sports & Cyclists class is aimed at those who would like to work on stretching and relieving any tightness that might have been gained from cycling or through various sports exercises.

It is suitable for beginners, and works on targeting areas such as the lower back, glutes and hamstrings that are particularly prone to injury from exercise. Bicycle storage is available at the venue and all equipment is provided.
