Join us for this super fun ZUMBA® workshop. On every first Saturday of the month, we get down to a wave of sizzling latin beats and work it OUT in this fun fitness class. By mixing low and high intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance class, you are guaranteed to sweat, laugh and dance your way to your 2018 fitness goals. Suitable for all bodies, you will follow our instructor and learn fun routines that are easy to pick up. A great workshop for all, come along with some friends and get ready for a fun evening of dance and laughter!
