Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga

Helping you to regain your shape, tone and fitness, this class stimulates your baby through safe holds, joint movement sequences, songs and massage elements.
As your baby grows so does your stamina and strength, and the continuous joyful interaction between mother and baby helps to develop a secure attachment, laying the foundations for a positive future relationship.
The classes are designed to help mums feel confident, whilst providing the opportunity to share experiences and to ask questions. It helps us to grow together - as individuals, groups and ultimately in society. Suitable for beginners.
