Parent & Toddler Yoga

Parent & Toddler Yoga is an opportunity for you to experience what the world of children’s yoga has to offer. It’s a time for you to connect with your child through physical play, teaching them what their bodies can do and best of all to cuddle and relax at the end.


We know that toddlers want to move a lot, have bags of energy, are full of hormones and can be fiercely independent. This is all fine and we hold space for them to be all of these things during our classes. We don’t expect toddlers to be zen yogis, we don’t expect them to be quiet and still.


Pre-schoolers want to learn. We teach them the basic poses in yoga and we relate these poses to how they connect with the world around them. In yoga we feel happy, we feel free, we feel safe, we feel complete.
