Mums/ Women’s Fitness

Are you looking to get FIT post-birth but need somewhere suitable to bring your baby? Come & join us for our six-week fitness course, perfect for toning, strengthening and increasing your general fitness. You'll have fun getting fit in this great course for ALL women. We'll work with circuits, weights, play games and just enjoy connecting with other women as we get fit together. Suitable from 9+months postnatal, babies and toddlers and welcome to come along and be with us as we train.

About the teacher:

“I am a certified nutritionist with a love for food, fitness and well-being. I have engaged with different martial-arts from a very young age. I am a qualified brown-belt in Kickboxing who has worked with young girls helping to build their strength and confidence. I am a personal trainer who has coached women & mothers for over 7 years in groups and one to one. With having children myself, I have encouraged fitness and health as a part of our families way of life. As a busy mother I understand every minute is full of something, and for me this must include my fitness. Doing exercise with my children creates a fun, loving atmosphere which promotes strength, discipline, health and fun."
