Yoga

Our evening yoga classes include Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga for Sports & Cyclists and Nurturing Flow Yoga. Each of these styles comes from a different origin, whether it be the ancient temples in India, or the beautiful countryside in Italy. Students learn the correct form, alignment and breathing technique to aid their practice, and we provide all mats, blocks, straps and incense. Teachers are especially skilled in helping you to improve your practice, no matter where you might be on your journey through yoga.

As the nature of the course is very interactive and hands-on, it is suitable for both adults and children to take part in. You will learn how to defend yourself if approached from behind, in a group, whilst sitting, standing or on the floor.
